Sophie Lambin is the Founder and CEO of Kite Insights and of The Climate School. Kite works with companies to take thoughtful action on issues that matter through the development of research & insights, learning content, and programme curation. For more than 20 years, Sophie has worked with the c-suite and other thought leaders to shape private sector action on climate and its intersection with gender, health and people more broadly. Recently, she launched Debatable, a concept designed to enable healthy and respectful public debate on complex issues. The first edition of Debatable: Activism Works, was launched in front of a full Theatre du Châtelet in Paris in June 2023.
She is also the curator for The New York Times Climate Forward series and sits on the editorial board of The Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society.
Before creating Kite Insights, Sophie was the global head of thought leadership at PwC, where she spearheaded the Annual Global CEO Survey and the strategic partnership with the World Eco
